River Past Software Activation Information

Credit Card Purchase

If you purchase with credit card, your activation key will be given on the order confirmation page, and emailed to you at the same time.

Please make sure that you use a valid email when ordering, and your anti-spam filter does not block emails from riverpast.com.

Paypal

When making the purchase through PayPal, if you have enough fund in your PayPal account or have an associated credit card, your activation key will be given on the order confirmation page, and emailed to you at the same time. If no credit card is linked to your PayPal account and the fund has to be drawn from your bank account, your activation key will be emailed to you when the fund is successfully transferred, normally in four business days.

Check

If you make the payment with check or money order, your activation key will be emailed to you when the check is cleared, normally in 7-10 business days after we receive the check.

Please make sure that you send the check with a printout of the order form, with an correct email address clearly displayed. Make sure that you use a valid email when ordering, and your anti-spam filter does not block emails from riverpast.com.

Purchase Order

If you send in a purchase order, your activation key will be emailed to you when we receive the purchase order.

Activation

To activate your River Past software (and remove any limitations we place on the trial version), please select "Register..." from the "Help" menu.

 

You will be prompt with the registration(activation) dialog.

Please enter your email and passcode from the registration email you received, and click on "Register" to activate the software.

Lost Key

If you must do a reinstall and you have lost your passcode, you can retrieve it using our Key Retrieval Form .
